About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing and public relations initiatives for Universal Horror Unleashed, including promotions and social media efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, immersive entertainment environment and contributes directly to influencer relations, content creation, campaign tracking, and the development of marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile guests and executives.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems; familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Must be able to obtain Workers Card within 30 days of employment.
  • A background check is mandatory, and results must meet Universal Destinations and Experience’s background check criteria.
  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of marketing experience in hospitality, attractions, or entertainment environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination, scheduling, and staffing of media and influencer visits to ensure smooth execution and positive guest experiences.
  • Track visit outcomes, compile resulting coverage, and assist in measuring campaign impact.
  • Maintain and regularly update databases of media contacts and content creators to support organized, efficient outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of creative briefs, fact sheets, and reference materials for marketing assets, including signage, digital content, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize Workfront to track workflow, manage assignments, and support the timely delivery of projects across teams.
  • Capture, curate, and organize content for owned social media channels in collaboration with the New Ventures Social Media team.
  • Ensure alignment with the established content calendar, assist with engagement monitoring, and support performance reporting and analytics as requested.
  • Assist with documentation, routing, and approvals for marketing and public relations materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, planning discussions, and brainstorming sessions to support collaborative execution of initiatives.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
