Requirements

• Associate degree
• 2 years of experience in jobs involving personnel duties, reporting, and analytical work
• Proficient in MS Office package with extensive knowledge in Excel
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Reliable and punctual attendance is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide-ranging personnel duties including analytical support to Base/Line Maintenance operations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functions.
• Forecast future labor requirements and assist in coordinating staffing resources.
• Develop and maintain statistical data and prepare reports related to budgets, forecasts, operations, performance, and OSHA data.
• Perform personnel-related duties such as scanning, filing, making overtime call outs, maintaining payroll, and supervising attendance according to union agreements and company policy.
• Utilize Excel and SharePoint to develop and maintain statistical data and prepare reports.
• Support management by coordinating and preparing reports associated with personnel, staffing levels, budget, operations, performance, and OSHA.
