Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and Shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment. Crating of robots and packaging of subassemblies. · Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. · Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. · Coordinates movement of product from Stryker warehouse with all 3PL companies. · The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. · Ad Hoc system investigation and reporting necessary. · Manages all aspects of shipping documentation: creation of shipment authorization paperwork, verification of packing slips, coordination of 3PL partners on the creation of freight and customs documentation. · Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities. · Manages additional projects and responsibilities as required. · Maintain quality, ensure audit compliance and record keeping in the area. · Ensure the quality standards for the company are meet or exceeded. · Collaborate and communicate work effectively with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless operation.
