Requirements

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as a key team member with a diverse group of professional staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature with minimal direction.
  • Assist with claims intake and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Organize all routine departmental activities and handle special projects as needed.
  • Maintain a variety of complex records and files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Develop proficiency with Serengeti, Service Now, and other databases, including new matter intake and reporting.
  • Track law firm billings and related budget management tasks.
  • Distribute electronic service of process.
  • Process and intake legal claims.
  • Coordinate responses to third-party subpoenas and personnel record requests.
  • Coordinate responses to third-party janitorial and garment claims.
  • Complete ad hoc assignments as required.
