Job Summary Coordinates staffing and scheduling of Central Processing. Provides technical leadership to Central Processing and collaborates with technical sections. Coordinates referral of laboratory tests. Maintains customer and patient care laboratory reference materials. Develop and maintain training kits for infrequent CP scenarios. Develop and maintain tools and resources for annual CAP inspections. Develop and maintain CAP competency tools for training CP staff. Help develop lab culture and teamwork tools.
