As the Coordinator, Inventory, you will coordinate product requests for various inventory pools, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products. You will oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting. Additionally, you will administer and operate the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. You will account for all materials and supplies in the facility; audit goods received into the warehouse. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. You will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment. The role requires you to show versatility of work through adapting to new situations, and seeking better ways of completing tasks. Finally, you will complete all inventory transactions systematically and physically.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience
  • Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds occasionally
  • Experience in shipping/receiving
  • Handling/evaluation of medical devices
