About The Position

As the Coordinator, Inventory, you will coordinate product requests for various inventory pools, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products. You will conduct visual and operational tests on devices to ensure they meet functionality requirements, identifying and isolating non-conforming devices to stage for repair. Additionally, you will oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, along with related reporting. Your responsibilities will include administering and operating the organization's warehouse, processing, packaging, and storing supplies, materials, and equipment. You will account for all materials and supplies in the facility, auditing goods received into the warehouse, and preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment will also be part of your role. You will need to show versatility of work through adapting to new situations and seeking better ways of completing tasks, as well as completing all inventory transactions systematically and physically.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience
  • Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Team lift up to 150 pounds occasionally
