About The Position

Coordinates all phases of GI and Pulmonary procedure scheduling (self, direct, secondary and tertiary referrals) coordination of logistical aspects of tertiary referrals, pre-procedure testing & anesthesia clearance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 2 years experience with medical scheduling and coordinating of multifaceted patient care appointments Required
• 1 year experience documenting in an electronic medical record system Required

Nice To Haves

• 2 years experience scheduling and coordinating Interventional and non-interventional endoscopy procedures Preferred
• Cert Clin Medical Assistant Preferred or
• Certified Medical Assistant Preferred or
• Registered Medical Assistant Preferred
