About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coordinator, International Services. In this role, the successful candidate will optimize the entire international patient experience at NYULH through personalized care coordination, while serving as the medical center's global link to the world, and bridging the communication gap between healthcare providers and a variety of international patients' cultures. The International Patient Services coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the International Services Program including care coordination and financial processes. You will also perform the basic function of a financial representative for international patients by coordinating amongst financial teams, including hospital and professional finance to consolidate fees for all international patients' accounts. Maintaining consistent communications with patients and their families regarding financial matters.
