About The Position
The Coordinator/Instructor for the Community Health Aide Program is responsible for enhancing the quality of patient encounters at village clinics through training and clinical supervision of Community Health Aides (CHAPs). This role involves facilitating teamwork within the program, conducting evaluations, and providing training support across various villages, either from Kotzebue or directly in the villages.
