About The Position

This position provides senior-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director in advancing the operations, governance, and strategic priorities of the PGCC Foundation. The role serves as the primary point of coordination for Foundation Board and committee activities, executive communications, donor engagement support, and compliance functions. Acting as a trusted partner to the Executive Director, this position ensures continuity, confidentiality, and effective execution across executive workflows and advancement priorities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (or higher) required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience, including experience supporting senior leadership, boards, or advancement/foundation operations required.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following strongly preferred: Foundation or nonprofit governance support; donor relations or advancement administration; compliance filings and board documentation; budget monitoring or procurement coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
