About The Position
The Coordinator Imaging is responsible for the document imaging and/or scanning of all timeshare sales transactions, including trailing documents, upgrade documents and cancellation notices. This associate will be responsible for the document imaging/scanning of all timeshare sales transactions within the acceptable time frame of 24 to 48 hours, ensuring that the scanned documents meet company standards, and that they are classified in the proper manner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the document imaging and/or scanning of all timeshare sales transactions, including trailing documents, upgrade documents and cancellation notices.
- Responsible for the document imaging/scanning of all timeshare sales transactions within the acceptable time frame of 24 to 48 hours.
- Ensuring that the scanned documents meet company standards.
- Ensuring that scanned documents are classified in the proper manner.
- Scan Daily Sales, Samplers, Cancellation Notices and Unclosed Cancels within a 24 to 72-hour timeframe.
- Scan a minimum of 75 files per day.
