About The Position
The Talent Management Compliance Coordinator manages the district's compliance team members, ensuring new hires are fully cleared, credentialed and eligible for hire. The compliance coordinator must ensure that district operations and employees adhere to the laws that regulate that particular industry or profession. The individual identified for this position will provide monthly audit reports, manage, and analyze data, conduct risk assessments, and enforce corrective action when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, expected to be well organized, detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, working comfortably under pressure and delivering on tight deadlines.
