About The Position

The purpose of this job is to perform essential clerical and administrative functions for the Employee Relations Services team. The role involves providing administrative support to the team, creating and assigning cases to ERS team members, and collaborating with ERS Specialists to resolve team member and guest issues. Responsibilities include monitoring various email boxes, creating cases in Navex, responding to inquiries, and reviewing background and MVR results. The position also requires compiling compliance reports, aiding with planning orientation for new hires, and arranging meetings and travel reservations.
