About The Position
The HR Coordinator will provide HR support for a high-volume distribution center (DC) workforce that facilitates the processing and distribution of merchandise in a cost-effective, safe, and customer service-oriented manner. This role involves working among a team of HR professionals to support and develop the distribution center team through internal and external engagement events, championing recognition programs, and managing DC communication. The goal is to ensure that the Hazleton DC continues to embody AEO's culture and values while encouraging associate appreciation and support.
