As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the corporate HR department to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for the HR team on general inquiries and manage a variety of administrative functions. In addition, you will provide support throughout the pre-hire process, including communicating with candidates and managers on pre-hire tasks, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that creates a positive impression. You will also ensure all stakeholders are prepared and informed of new hires. Additionally, you will coordinate and support HR department projects and provide temporary coverage for select HR team members as needed. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative functions, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while enhancing the employee experience and contributing to organizational success.
