The selected candidate will work remotely from a home office within the United States and must be able to reliably support business hours. The HR Coordinator is responsible for capturing all onboarding requirements for all new hires for all business lines under Powerback in a timely and smooth fashion. This role is essential to the successful transition to employment for all new hires.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in HR, healthcare or business.
  • At least one year of HR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks and ensures the successful completion of all pre-employment requirements in accordance with company, state, and position specific policy and regulations requirements to ensure timely onboarding and clearance to start for candidates.
  • Tracks and ensures the successful completion of all post-employment item requirements in accordance with company, state, and position specific requirements.
  • Assists all staff and candidates with questions regarding onboarding HR topics. Responds to emails and phone calls timely.
  • Works in conjunction with new hire, hiring manager, recruiting, HR Generalist, and HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ensures, and audits, the timely completion and accuracy of all I9 Employment Eligibility Verification Forms for the employee's record in accordance with federal guidelines.
  • Creates electronic HR files for new hires as applicable.
  • Provides training and technical support to end users on all related systems and applications.
  • Assists with the HR Document Request mailbox requests by pulling paper files.
  • Handles other projects and tasks, as assigned.
