Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Possess an unrestricted valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bring a passion and ability for finding efficiencies and solutions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Commitment to professionalism.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all payroll and Dayforce functions for the Ground Service Equipment (GSE) team, including tracking overtime, managing overrides, and processing Payroll Change Notices (PCNs).
  • Construct and distribute reports related to parts inventory and supply.
  • Manage commercial labor and parts labor hours.
  • Oversee maintenance GSE repairs.
  • Handle vehicle licensing.
  • Act as the administrator and contact person for e-Campus.
  • Track training requirements for technicians and mechanics to ensure correct level assignment and manage overrides.
  • Provide logistical support to mechanics assigned to road trips.
  • Create and track warranty and cost information for review by the leadership team.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required by management to support the overall objectives and operations of the organization.
