About The Position

The Coordinator for New Student and Family Programs is responsible for coordinating all logistical operations for New Student and Family Programs, including managing campus partnerships and overseeing event setup and execution. This includes booking reservations for orientations, Family Weekends, and special events, as well as managing applications and scheduling for 80+ Orientation Leader interviews. The position also oversees office management functions, including hiring, training, and supervising 15 office assistants, coordinating daily office operations, and responding to constituent inquiries. Additionally, the coordinator collaborates with campus partners to update content and manage communication with incoming students, plans late night programs for summer BSO sessions, and manages the BSO Sponsorship Program. Other responsibilities include developing office marketing materials and coordinating various Division of Student Affairs duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Develops and orders all office marketing materials.
