About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and administer assigned financial aid, scholarship, and student employment processes.
  • Process, analyze, and evaluate application materials to determine student eligibility for financial aid.
  • Implement and maintain financial aid databases and applications.
  • Disburse financial aid and scholarships, coordinating the Award Notification Letter.
  • Perform reconciliation of financial aid program accounts.
  • Resolve complex cases in financial aid eligibility determination and appeal processes.
  • Lead outreach activities targeting low-income or disadvantaged communities.
  • Market programs and services through various communication channels.
  • Prepare and maintain programmatic and student files and records.
  • Oversee Financial Aid Office operations and provide direction to staff.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of special projects.
  • Attend and participate in program-related committees and conferences.
