Provides process and systems analysis and reporting support to Accounting department. Proposes information management solutions, as well as system development and maintenance activities with existing Accounting (Lawson GL/AC/AR/LM), Payroll (ADP PC Payroll), Time and Attendance (Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) and other financial systems. Conducts studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected departmental and organizational needs. Ensures the timely and accurate preparation of standing (yearly, monthly, weekly) reports from Accounting, Payroll, Time and Attendance and related systems. Assists in day-to-day Lawson General Ledger/Activity Management/Accounts Receivable/Lease Management and Business Intelligence system operations, maintenance and end user support. Consults with Accounting, Finance, IS and other staff to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the Accounting, Payroll and related systems. Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the systems. Produces reports, timelines, workflow charts and diagrams using advanced functions of a personal computer. Creates reports from existing Lawson, ADP and Kronos databases to satisfy user requests, data sampling, project analysis, or testing verification. Operates, maintains and provides End User Support for Lawson General Ledger (GL), Activity Management (AC), Accounts Receivable (AR), Lease Management (LM) and Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI) systems. Supports, maintains and builds Supply Chain inventory, warehouse and end user requestioning functions. This is a day shift position however flexibility is required to provide support during off peak items and on weekends, as needed. This is a full time 80% remote position with some onsite responsibilities.
