Requirements

• High school or GED equivalent.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping.
• Must have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping or related field.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must have good computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• IEHA member working toward Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Environmental Services staff to perform routine and periodic cleaning procedures correctly, by supplying technical/personal support.
• Performs QA checks.
• Train on an as needed basis and is able to conduct any disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assists in working areas in employee shortages.
• Conducts frequent rounding on employees.
• Ensures that staff is using the proper PPE for good infection control practices for all duties performed.
