About The Position

The Coordinator of Enrollment Services at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) is responsible for managing comprehensive admissions, registration, and records management services for prospective and enrolled students and alumni. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the enrollment services office, leading collaborative advising projects, and providing training on technology solutions and graduation processes. The position requires independent judgment and operates under general supervision, reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of related work experience.
  • Ability to provide effective support to a diverse population of students.
  • Strong customer service skills focused on student needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
  • Experience in evaluating college transcripts for credit transfer.
  • Ability to supervise student employees.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office schedule, front desk rotations, and staff coverage.
  • Coordinate and schedule established office and system reports; create ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Perform activities associated with office operations requiring initiative and independent judgment.
  • Supervise and train assigned student employees.
  • Ensure operations comply with college policies and procedures.
  • Represent the college at professional and community organizations.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining office procedures and training materials.
  • Support the college's collaborative advising model and assist with registration processes.
  • Develop and coordinate procedures for graduation processes and transcript evaluations.
  • Monitor and supervise maintenance of student records and transcripts.
