About The Position

The Coordinator, Employee Relations at Tiffany & Co. is a dynamic role within the Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence, based in New York City. This position focuses on providing analytical support and project management for various employee relations initiatives globally. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Two+ years of progressive analysis/consulting experience in a Human Resources Operations capacity.
  • Experience reviewing and working with highly confidential data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience designing and developing reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to identify issues, gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Strong project management and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple aspects of the employee relations department, including acting as a project lead on various initiatives.
  • Work with the Global Employee Relations team to gather data from HRIS systems and analyze trends.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and high-level presentations to optimize performance.
  • Update and maintain the Employee Relations and Leave Management Centers of Excellence intranet pages.
  • Draft employee communications for the Employee Relations and Leave Management teams.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees through department emails.
  • Provide project management for the annual Charles Lewis Tiffany weeklong event, including vendor sourcing and travel organization.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of federal, state, and local employment posters and recommend remediation as needed.
  • Track and manage the department budget and process invoices.
