Responsibilities Operates, monitors, maintains, and supports Employee Health processes in the hospital and in off site locations; reports to various stakeholders on employee health programs, and fosters a positive work environment, providing outstanding customer service to end-users. Assists the Manager of HR Operations to ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed and quality and service standards are met or exceeded. Manages a team of licensed professionals who perform Employee Health and Occupational Health functions.
Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing with four years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Three (3) years prior healthcare supervisory role, with experience in operations. Proven skills needed to plan, direct, and coordinate activities and programs involving a wide range of departments.
- Certification in Occupational Health [COHN or COHNS], or obtain within 18 months of hire.
- PC proficiency including experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Certified in Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation [CPR].
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience successfully administering Occupational Health, Employee Health, FMLA/ADA, and Workers' Compensation programs.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
