About The Position
The Early Interventionist at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) will provide direct developmental services to children and families eligible for IDEA Part C and Part B services through the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS). This role focuses on supporting children from birth to 36 months and those up to 4 years old in home-based and inclusive childcare settings, primarily in Sullivan and Washington County. The position emphasizes adherence to TEIS policies and the rights of infants and toddlers under IDEA, ensuring a supportive environment for optimal child development.
