Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support to the Sales team by acting as the liaison between Sales and Drivers to ensure clear communication and service execution.
Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information remains accurate and current.
Ensure completion and tracking of required surveys, training sessions, and various compliance or operational documentation.
Create and maintain driver's files on our software, ensuring all required documentation is completed and properly filed.
Execute and maintain transportation-related procedures in alignment with company standards.
Ensure that all required paperwork and payment has been submitted by the driver.
Ensure that all invoices have been properly signed.
Submit payments to the AR Clerk.
Performs other duties as assigned.
