The Donor Relations & Stewardship team is an integral part of the fundraising success at DU. Centrally supporting University-wide efforts, the team is cross-collaborative, highly communicative, and supportive, where quality, excellence, and initiative are the cornerstones of our work. We serve many constituencies and have a strong focus on delivering good customer service, a pleasant experience, and timely responses to all inquiries. Reporting to the Associate Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship, the Donor Relations & Stewardship Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining timely stewardship communications, organizing the signage and physical recognition inventory, and assisting with events, reporting, fund management, and data. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the acknowledgement process, coordinating and collaborating across teams. This professional will be an expert at project management and streamlining complex systems, while keeping timelines on track.
