About The Position

The Document Control Coordinator at Herbalife is responsible for managing the document control system, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing administrative support for Quality/Technical Services tasks. This role involves overseeing the issuance, change management, and distribution of regulated documents, as well as maintaining documentation and filing of master documents to support project-related activities.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
  • Computer literacy with solid PC and software experience.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • 2 years of QA/QC experience.
  • Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • High School Diploma.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of cGMP experience and customer and FDA audit experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in science or a related area.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process various quality assurance documents and forms.
  • Create, release, and implement document change requests (DCR).
  • Control, maintain, retrieve, and distribute official documents according to company procedures.
  • Maintain manual and electronic tracking systems for controlled documents.
  • Perform distribution activities related to controlled documents.
  • Update and maintain document control databases and distribution logs.
  • Provide customer service regarding GMP, GCP, and GLP documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support document and master file maintenance.
  • Review production records to ensure material specifications are met.
  • File and store quality records appropriately.
  • Support history record reviews and product releases.
  • Assist with sterilization, environmental, and pest control documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
