The Digital Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing a team of Digital Experience staff who are dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and effective technology solutions for both district staff and students. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that service levels are met, technology assets are properly tracked, and client expectations are consistently exceeded at assigned schools or administrative buildings. The coordinator will continually assess and recommend improvements to the digital learning environment, reporting relevant findings to department leadership. In this role, the coordinator will conduct both proactive and reactive analyses of performance metrics and asset management data to ensure that service levels align with established service agreements. They will interface with departmental and school-based staff to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet client expectations, while also ensuring that Digital Experience staff deliver exceptional client experiences. The coordinator will serve as the process owner for one or more major IT services, such as Managed Print Services, Classroom AV, and Device Computing. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze support metrics to identify and resolve performance gaps at the school or department level, anticipate technology needs based on data analysis, and manage technology projects across multiple schools or administrative buildings. They will monitor the implementation of emerging technologies, evaluate their effectiveness, and report findings to departmental leadership. Mentoring, training, and coaching new and existing Digital Experience Specialists and Leads will also be a key responsibility, along with evaluating staff performance and participating in budget development.
