About The Position

Bridgecrest, one of the country's leading financial servicing providers, services roughly $15 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers. Bridgecrest recently launched its newest affiliate GoFi. Established in 2022, GoFi is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with a mission to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated auto finance product allowing the best brands to deliver the best customer experience. By implementing state of the art technology, we provide an off-the-shelf service to make integration with GoFi as seamless as possible. Execute the dealer collections strategy set forth by executive management. Partner with Dealer Specialists to foster goodwill and appropriate contacts regarding our dealers. Take the lead on GoFi's dealer collections effort, including negotiating funds and reporting collections feedback to management. Collaborate with the dealer onboarding specialist to ensure our dealer records are effectively maintained. Assist dealer services leadership in dealer management requests as needed. Fostering internal relationships is non-negotiable. Thrive by partnering with Dealer Specialists, Funding, Risk, Product and other departments.

Requirements

  • High School degree required; College degree preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of dealer setup, dealer maintenance, dealer monitoring, or business collections experience required.
  • Knowledge of indirect auto finance.
  • Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required.
  • Prior auto lending experience preferred.

  • Previous experience collecting outstanding funds from dealers.
