This role is a development position, providing an introduction to Reddy Ice’s business and customer base, with the opportunity for advancement within customer care, sales, accounting / finance, human resources, supply chain and more. We are seeking candidates who are eager to grow and advance. The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, responding to inquiries and questions, handling customer feedback, resolving problems and providing information that addresses the customer request or concern. As this environment is fast paced, you must be able to work under pressure and accurately process a high volume of calls on a daily basis and follow up with the request until it is resolved. Reddy Ice manufactures and distributes approximately 1.8 million tons of ice annually to a broad and diversified customer base. These customers rely on us for ice that is produced under the industry’s highest standards. With our quality and high service levels, Reddy Ice has become the provider of choice for customers coast to coast.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or a minimum of 2 years of verifiable college coursework
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated proficiency and work experience using MS Excel & Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience
  • Knowledge of inbound/outbound call center processes
  • Fluency in Spanish
