We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to help support and execute our complex and client-focused CRM program. This entry-level is ideal for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, support the team and learn the ins and outs of CRM marketing. You will work closely with all members of the CRM team (including Developers), and contribute to delivering campaigns that create an amazing experience for our customers while driving business impact.   • Support execution of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS.
  • Assist in the maintenance of existing Lifecycles and the creation of new ones.
  • Own campaign QA and daily campaign scheduling to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Assist in weekly and monthly reporting, helping track performance and insights.
  • Shadow strategic ideation for Batch, Transactional, and Lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with other teams across the organization, including Product, Engineering and Analytics.
  • Proven track record of being detail-oriented, process-driven, and scrappy, with a strong focus on execution.
  • Excited about the CRM space and have a high interest in driving smooth and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Customer-focused with strong intuition, consistently thinking about creating excellent customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and establish or enhance processes to keep work moving efficiently.
