About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This role will involve working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns that align with company goals and effectively reach target audiences.
  • Support the development and management of segmented email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in designing and maintaining email templates that are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to determine what drives the best results.
  • Maintain and clean email lists to ensure data accuracy and minimize bounce rates.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection laws.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and management of automated email workflows, including welcome sequences, cart abandonment reminders, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, formatting, and functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
