As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will update pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence, Vacation, Company Business, and initial/yearly proficiency training. You will build schedules for pilots and flight attendants when they return from Leave of Absence, conduct a monthly audit of pilot and flight attendant schedules, coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training, and monitor pilot's flight time and landings to stay in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations. Additionally, you will receive and respond to calls/chats/emails with crewmembers and perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
