About The Position

The Coordinator-Credentialing responsible for developing and maintaining Urgent Care scheduling matrix, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Distributes monthly schedules to Physicians. Provides administrative support to Medical Director, creating and distributing reports as requested as well as recording minute notes and coordinating annual reviews. Coordinates initial credentialing process for Family Providers maintaining appropriate documentation at all phases of the appointment process. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Three years in a scheduling or administrative role.
  • Speak, read and write English with professional quality
  • Computer, printer, and common software programs including spreadsheets
  • Type 40 WPM
  • Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
  • Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
  • Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
  • Collaborate and accept direction
  • Work well with a team to accomplish specific goals
  • Communicate by phone/in person with department staff and outside sources
