We are seeking a Coordinator to support the Operations, Production, and Project Management leadership team. This role is primarily an administrative and operational support position, critical to keeping projects, communications, and workflows running smoothly across a fast-paced creative organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Production Operations, you will have meaningful exposure to large-scale client initiatives, internal strategic projects, and marquee events. This is an ideal role for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how a complex media organization operates, while building a strong foundation in project management and creative operations.
