JetBlue’s internal comms team is looking for a content-savvy Editorial Coordinator to help us engage, inform, and inspire our crewmembers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on writing short, impactful posts—especially ones that pop with visuals. The ideal candidate is equal parts news junkie, digital storyteller, and curious collaborator, with a knack for identifying what matters most to our people and packaging it in a way that’s clear, relevant, and fun to read. You’ll help bring our internal communication channels to life including our mobile news app, our intranet, email newsletters, and more. We’re not just looking for someone who waits for the story to come to them—we want a self-starter who thinks like a social media editor: quick on trends, smart about audience engagement, and always looking for the right image or headline to make a story sing. The Coordinator reports to the Manager Internal Content & Editor-in-Chief.
