About The Position

The Coordinator Concept Implementation is responsible for supporting the regional development of the global concepts in North America. Such support encompasses the skills to produce technical fixture drawings, model environments, and generate realistic renderings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • BA in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Basic understanding of fixture design and construction.
  • Strong rendering skills using Vray and ENSCAPE.
  • Strong modeling skills in SketchUp.
  • Strong Proficiency in CAD Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • MS Office (Power Point, Excel).
  • Fixture design, spatial design and environmental experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills – written and oral.
  • Ability to make recommendations regarding changes to timeline and design elements, including finishes, hardware and details.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines.
  • Detail oriented/innovative traits are necessary.
  • Ability to find the best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing trends of business and have a strong knowledge of the retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop conceptual presentations for all divisions, special projects and new initiatives.
  • Provide drawings for fixture designs to millworkers.
  • Ability to review millworker shop drawings.
  • Build 3D models of fixtures and stores in Sketchup.
  • Create high quality renderings of spaces and fixtures using VRAY and Enscape.
  • Develop and maintain TH standards for fixtures and Architectural details to ensure TH brand design standards are properly followed in all projects.
  • Support in special project, i.e. showrooms, in-house/licensing.
  • Manages and maintains the Fixture and Standard Arch details library.
  • Manage and maintain TH CAD templates.
