Requirements

• Current RN Licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Education or health-related field.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Two (2) years bedside nursing experience.
• Demonstrated skills in instruction and clinical training development

Nice To Haves

• Nursing certification in specialty area.
• Two (2) years of critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of all NSH Patient Care and/or Surgical Services internships which includes standardization of content and training programs across the system.
• Responsibilities involve development and implementation of best practice based research and recognized practice standards and recommendations.
• Coordinates programs to educate staff, physicians, and the community.
