About The Position
Serve as a Human Resources expert and advise principals districtwide as well as all department supervisors on policy, regulations, and personnel matters. Responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resource programs including employee training, recruitment, staffing and employee retention. Maintain knowledge of teacher certification requirements for the state of Texas and all legal compliance policies related to employment.
