As a Signature Vacations Administrative Coordinator, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. The primary function is to oversee and enter leads from various sites, prepare lead count reports, and create and distribute various reports as required. The Team Member will report status of leads, including gross leads received, leads entered into company software system, and net leads after the Do Not Call scrub and reports back to sites the net leads available to call. In addition, this position may generate and distribute reports including call time reports, production reports, and any ancillary reports as requested. This Team Member will maintain a level of accuracy of at least 95% of input on all data entry tasks and ensure confidentiality of all data.
