About The Position

The Coordinator for the Business Government Customer Organization (BGCO) at Verizon Wireless is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to business and government clients. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to devices, billing, and services. The position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using web-based tools for customer support.

  • Growing our business within existing accounts.
  • Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
  • Asking questions, listening intently, and identifying what the customer really needs.
  • Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues about device(s), billing, and/or service concerns.
  • Selling the value of Verizon solutions and increasing company revenue.
  • Being solution oriented and proactive, providing first call resolution eliminating repeat calls and reducing unnecessary transfers.
  • Delivering efficient customer support on large accounts using web-based tools.
