The Coordinator-Ped Front Office clears and obtains authorizations and insurance verifications for all services and patient financial classifications. Monitors authorizations process for all patient procedures and ancillary services. Serves as the liaison between FPBO, Central Authorization, physicians, outside medical groups (OMG), insurance carriers, patients, and all departments for office visits, in-patient and out-patient services. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum one year of Epic system experience preferred.
