About The Position

The Coordinator position within Ask Human Resources is designed to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving between HR team members, leadership, employees, and retirees. The role involves utilizing the ServiceNow technology platform for case management, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries, and participating in team meetings to address issues and gather updates. The Coordinator will also support special projects and initiatives within the Employee and Alumni Services team, contributing to a collaborative and efficient HR environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, operations, or service delivery center.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret policy and procedures independently.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with a passion to empathize with employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer navigation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational company is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in an autonomous work environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar system and case management utilizing a Tiered escalation model.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Ask HR team members, leadership, employees, and retirees.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow technology platform for case management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses to employee questions and concerns.
  • Expand business knowledge across HR functions and divisions.
  • Participate in team meetings to gather updates and escalate issues.
  • Coordinate with HR leaders and SMEs to resolve questions or concerns promptly.
  • Support the Employee and Alumni Services team on special projects and initiatives.
