About The Position

Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre, working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Coordinator to join our Activities Team. This Part-Time position organizes and leads various small and large group activities at the Ranch. They are responsible for the daily operations of the arts and crafts room and daily/nightly activities, which include planning, leading, and executing activities and programs to engage and entertain children and adults. This role supervises children and ensures their safety and general wellbeing throughout the events/activities they join for.

Requirements

Prior experience caring for and supervising children and customer service, at least 1 year.
Desire to establish outstanding, authentic, and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.
Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
Skilled at multi-tasking, heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
Commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
Ability to work indoors, or outdoors, and in varying temperatures.
Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post offer, pre-employment.
Conditional offer subject to criminal background check.
Open availability to accommodate varied schedules as well as being able to work on weekends and holidays.
