About The Position
The Coordinator-Activities plans, organizes, directs the participants in a broad program of activities, which shall encourage the adult participant toward restoration to self-care and resumption of normal activities or prevent further mental or physical deterioration. Provides for overall scheduling of activities. Serves as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team. Contributes to the individual plans of care. Performs other duties as needed.
