The Coordinator 2, Technical Product Sales - Business Support role at Comcast is pivotal in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of Business Class customer orders from the point of order submission through to installation. In this role, you will embrace and champion new initiatives, systems, and product offerings, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for peers regarding job and product knowledge. Mentoring less tenured employees will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will review contract details and validate services ordered through customer contact to ensure accuracy, proactively identifying opportunities for process and procedure improvements and recommending effective solutions. The position requires advanced technical knowledge to support multi-location customers with various services at each site. You will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions related to contract validation for Business Class installations, manage orders from submission through order acceptance, and oversee in-flight changes based on eligibility requirements. Navigating through multiple systems to build, track, and monitor orders is essential, as is interfacing with various levels of Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functional groups to ensure the appropriate flow of orders. Meeting scorecard productivity and quality metrics is a critical expectation of this role, along with maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, which may include working nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
