About The Position

Sigma Defense is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team as Coordination Tech Support Specialist I. This role will manage data integrity and input operations across our enterprise systems, specifically Jamis (ERP/MRP platform for BOMs, procurement, and production) and COLTS (Computerized Maintenance Management System - CMMS). This role ensures accurate, timely data entry and supports organizational reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency needs. Requirements

  • 2+ years in data analysis, data entry, or related administrative role.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, CMMS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to translate technical data for data management.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
  • Some college coursework completed from an accredited college or university in a Business, Information Systems, or related field of study.

Nice To Haves

  • Certificate in data management, supply chain or system administration is preferred.
  • Data visualization tools and technical writing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performing critical parts inspection of incoming inventory, monitor, picking, and issuing production work order materials.
  • Coordinate the closure of production work orders to ensure all materials are accurately consumed and documented within the tracking database.
  • Ensure supporting QC sign-off documentation is obtained, validated, and recorded correctly.
  • Ensure manufactured goods are accurately accounted and closed out in the tracking database.
  • Verify customer order against build of material accuracy and compare on-hand material prior to release for purchasing.
  • Monitor the production order status and scheduling.
  • Assist in the development of the work/task processes and establish continuity binder within scope of program requirements.
  • Monitoring status of post-production assets and coordinating progress of open maintenance activities.
  • Growth opportunities to assist with QA data entry and inspections.
