About The Position
Best Care Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking motivated Coordination & Scheduling Agents to generate HVAC and water heater appointments inside our national big-box retail partner, Home Depot. This is a unique sales support role—no hard selling is required. You’ll engage with customers in-store, identify potential needs, and help schedule appointments for our professional home service team. If you’re friendly, goal-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to realize your full potential while working in a supportive team environment. This Role Is Perfect For Individuals re-entering the workforce after 6+ months Candidates with limited sales experience or formal education Retirees seeking part-time or full-time activity Those looking for supplemental income Military veterans or active-duty personnel
Requirements
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Comfortable engaging customers in an in-store setting
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Engage Home Depot customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Generate HVAC and water heater leads
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
